<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting an&nbsp;experienced Best Interests Assessors to support their Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Service in reducing assessment waiting times in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified BIAs who have practised within the last two months and are able to commit to a minimum of twelve assessments per month over a minimum six-month period.<br>The role is predominantly remote, offering flexibility whilst undertaking statutory Best Interests Assessments and producing high-quality reports. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, including the practical application of recent legal developments and case law.
