Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Advanced Practitioner (Social Care) – Children with Disabilities Team for its client's Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team based in Halton. This is a full-time agency role offering £40.00 per hour UMB and supporting children and young people with disabilities through high-quality assessment, safeguarding, and care planning. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Worker looking to step into a senior practice role within a dedicated Children with Disabilities service. You will support the team with complex casework, provide practice leadership, and help drive positive outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
