<p>Liquid Personnel are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner looking to join a 16+ Care Leavers Team based within Gloucestershire.</p>

<p><strong>Key Duties will Include: </strong></p>
<p>Our client is part of a forward-thinking authority which values support and progression, taking a relational approach to working with families. As an Advanced Practitioner you will hold a protected caseload of 8 children and young people offering oversight into pathway planning and independence work for leavers and support the development of junior colleagues.</p>
<p><strong>About You:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experienced Frontline Senior Social Worker.</li>
<li>SWE Registered and Recognised Qualification in Social Work.</li>
<li>Full Driving License.</li>
</ul>
