This is a remote position. Red Ember Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant (German C1) for their client. We are looking for self-motivated, disciplined, and solution-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist airline passengers worldwide with flight-related queries. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to research and navigate airline policies, and excellent computer proficiency. Requirements Advanced German proficiency at C1 level (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English Valid Namibian citizenship, permanent residence, or domicile status Strong computer literacy and typing skills Customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver exceptional service Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions professionally Candidates must meet one of the following requirements: Option 1: Grade 12 qualification with 6–12 months of relevant experience Completed NQF Level 4 / Grade 12 6–12 months of customer service and/or call centre experience Option 2: NQF Level 3 qualification with 2–3 years of relevant experience Completed NQF Level 3 2–3 years of customer service and/or call centre experience ADVANTAGEOUS QUALIFICATIONS A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Education, or a related field is advantageous Benefits Gross monthly salary Shift allowance eligible hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00 Medical aid membership is a condition of employment and forms part of the employee’s total cost to company (CTC). The employee is responsible for 100% of the contribution.
