Location: Bratislava HQ (Hybrid) Why This Job Is Exciting At Innovatrics, we equip you with the tools, context, and trust to thrive. Our opportunity-driven roadmap highlights how you can grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact throughout your journey with us. In your first month, you'll explore... • Get familiar with our Criminal Justice portfolio, technical architecture, and existing solution roadmaps. • Understand the Solution Manager's vision and how the Criminal Justice Cluster strategy translates into concrete deliverables. • Build relationships with engineering, platform, R&D, presales, sales, marketing, and professional services teams. • Shadow backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and roadmap planning sessions to learn how priorities are set and executed. • Meet with presales, sales and project managers to understand the current pipeline, customer pain points, and recurring solution gaps. As you settle into the role, you'll start contributing by... • Translating the roadmap into actionable epics by defining scope and acceptance criteria with close cooperation with engineering and platform teams. • Writing and maintaining clear, testable project requirements that bridge customer needs, and technical feasibility. • Owning the day-to-day execution: backlog grooming, prioritization, dependency tracking, and removing blockers. • Supporting sales and marketing with solution collateral, demo scripts and datasets, feature briefs, FAQs, and competitive positioning inputs. • Collaborating with presales on RFPs, POCs, and customer-specific configurations in the Criminal Justice domain, including international travel to attend conferences and exhibitions and meet with customers. • Reporting regularly to the Solution Manager on delivery progress, risks, and customer feedback loops. Within your first year, you'll have the opportunity to... • Own end-to-end delivery for one or more modules within the Criminal Justice Cluster. • Become a trusted SME for sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams on your assigned solution scope. • Become an expert in criminal investigation processes • Improve how the cluster captures requirements, tracks delivery, and enables go-to-market — leaving the process better than you found it. • Contribute customer and market insights upstream to shape the next iteration of the roadmap. • Represent Innovatrics solutions in customer workshops, demos, and selected industry events alongside presales and marketing. Our solutions have reached over a billion people. Your work here won't get lost in a backlog; it'll ship to law enforcement agencies that use it to solve real cases. We're a small team, so your ideas reach production fast. From day one, you'll be the connective tissue between a Senior Solution Manager's vision, engineering's delivery, and the revenue team's pipeline. About You You enjoy turning customer needs and product direction into clear requirements and working software. You are interested in how technology supports criminal investigations and law enforcement, and keen to build your expertise in this domain. You see a product as a complete user experience, not just a collection of features. Together with the Solution Manager, you help develop a clear product vision and translate it into consistent delivery decisions. You take ownership of your product scope and care about how it works, how it looks, and the value it brings to users. You approach product development as a partnership with Engineering. You listen, ask thoughtful questions, and work through trade-offs together, respecting the expertise and responsibilities of both Product and Engineering. You bring structure to complex problems, communicate clearly, and follow through. Relevant experience in business analysis combined with responsibility for product delivery is also welcome. • Ability to translate customer needs and roadmap priorities into clear epics, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria. • Practical understanding of product management and agile software delivery, including backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and evaluating whether delivered changes address user needs. • Ability to understand our software architecture at a high level, including key components, APIs, integrations, and dependencies, and discuss requirements and trade-offs with engineers. Hands-on development experience is not required. • A collaborative approach to working with Engineering: shaping solutions together, staying open to technical feedback, and recognizing which decisions belong to Product, Engineering, or require joint agreement. • Ability to consider the product as a whole and keep individual features aligned with its direction, user workflows, and a consistent user experience. • A strong sense of ownership, with attention to product quality, usability, and how the delivered solution performs in practice. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to track dependencies, raise risks, and keep stakeholders aligned. • Ability to draw on previous experience to suggest practical improvements to how we discover needs, define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver software. • Clear written and spoken English for working with international colleagues, partners, and customers. • Willingness to learn about criminal investigation workflows, biometric identification, and the operational needs of law enforcement agencies. • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.
