Your Role: At EIT we are seeking an experienced and detail-orientated Team Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations to our Real Estate and Operations team. This role manages daily operational support to colleagues, manages logistics, upholds process consistency and maintains smooth communication throughout. Your Responsibilities: Carry out day-to-day administrative duties following EIT procedures including but not limited to: • Processing expenses and invoices accurately and on time • Meet and greet visitors, providing professional and friendly service • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics • Support travel and event organisation, including catering and bookings • Manage correspondence, agendas, and documentation • Maintain team records and assist with onboarding and data entry • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience: • Demonstrable experience in an administrative or coordinator role • Competence with Microsoft 365 and communication tools • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills
