About the Role: F&B Dining Specialist
As our you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Supervise the day-to-day function of all Food and Beverage Outlet employees, facilities, sales and costs.
• Assist in ensuring that restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates. Check that all equipment is in working order. Visually inspect and take action to ensure that facilities in restaurant look appealing and attractive to guests. Follow-up on work orders so repairs and maintenance of facility are completed on a timely basis.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in restaurants. Ensure that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications. Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in outlet.
• Manage challenging customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance.
• Assist in the continual training of all staff members.
• Establishes and maintains effective labor and employee relations.
• Ensures that all service standards are met consistently.
• Manages all Food and Beverage outlets.
• Develop and maintain consistent standards for presentation and service.
• Coordinate delivery of all amenity items.
• Ensures corrective action is completed and delivered to the associates.
• Table touching by greeting guests periodically.
• Ensures uniform standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed.
• Enforces all liquor laws and provides education.

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements
One to three years' experience as a manager or assistant manager of restaurant operations.
Current food handlers’ card and Taps card
Must be able to remain professional in all guests or employee interactions
Must have problem solving skills thinking out of the box to resolve customer complaints, lessening the financial impact on the food and beverage department.
Work as a valuable member of the team by resolving conflicts without blame.
Must be flexible, adaptable and dependable based on the needs of the hotel.
A basic understanding of a POS system.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
