Your mission • Provide administrative and operational support across our Support Functions teams including HR & Office, Finance, Procurement, and Legal
• Assist with the coordination and maintenance of documentation, records, and internal systems
• Support day-to-day business processes and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on action items
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials
• Track deadlines and support ongoing projects and initiatives across different functions
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, collaboration, and operational efficiency
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and gain exposure to a variety of business topics and projects
Your profile • Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Law, or a related field
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
