Your mission at WorkNomads:
• List and deliver engaging training sessions onsite in our Sofia office.
• Create and develop digital learning journeys that guide employees through the right knowledge and skills at the right time
• Look for creative and innovative ways to make learning more engaging, efficient, and relevant to individuals
• Support employees in building their confidence, capabilities, and commercial skills
• Use performance information and feedback to identify learning and development opportunities
• Work with different teams to understand challenges and identify practical improvements to everyday processes
• Help make information and internal resources easier to access, understand, and use
• Develop clear training materials, guides, workflows, and other learning resources
• Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to improve communication and ways of working
• Contribute to projects and initiatives focused on improving performance, efficiency, and employee development
• Gather feedback and use it to continuously improve training and learning activities
We want to hear from you if you have:
• Previous experience in training, coaching, learning & development, sales enablement, quality, operations, or a similar people-focused role
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills — you’re approachable, empathetic, a good listener, and comfortable working with different personalities
• Confidence delivering training and communicating with groups, both in person and online
• Experience creating training materials or supporting structured learning activities
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• A creative and innovative mindset with an interest in finding better ways to support learning and individual development
• The ability to understand people’s learning needs and adapt your approach accordingly
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage priorities
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Comfort working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and based in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Nice-to-have skills:
• Experience working with learning platforms or knowledge-management tools
• Experience using data, KPIs, or performance insights to identify improvement opportunities
• Knowledge of sales processes or sales enablement
• Experience with process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
• Project coordination or project management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional or international teams
• Knowledge of another European language
