Candidates must currently reside in Poland or be willing to relocate independently to Warsaw, as relocation support is not provided for this position.   What you'll be doing: Develop Engaging User Interfaces  <ul> <li>Build, maintain, and evolve highly interactive and responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and libraries. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal user experience. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop reusable UI components and frontend libraries to maintain consistency and accelerate development across our product suite. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Build and iterate quickly on prototypes to validate new AI, data and product concepts before they move into full product development. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute to the entire frontend development of lifecycle, from conceptualization and design input to deployment and maintenance. </li> </ul> Integrate with Backend Services and Data  <ul> <li>Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and other backend services to fetch and display dynamic data. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Implement data visualization components and dashboards to present complex analytical insights in an intuitive and actionable manner. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and optimize data flow for frontend consumption. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide constructive feedback on potential implementation challenges. </li> </ul> Ensure Quality, Performance, and Accessibility  <ul> <li>Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and stability of frontend applications. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth user experience. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Implement web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure our products are usable by the widest possible audience. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. </li> </ul> Collaboration and Innovation <ul> <li>Work effectively within an Agile team, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and provide expertise on frontend best practices. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Research and evaluate new frontend technologies and tools to enhance our development processes and product capabilities. </li> </ul>   What you'll need: <ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript and TypeScript. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React.js. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>English fluency B2/C1 </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of state management patterns and libraries  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with CSS preprocessors  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Familiarity with module bundlers  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proficiency in writing automated tests for frontend applications (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly) is highly desirable. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience building interfaces for AI-powered products, conversational experiences, data-heavy applications or developer tools is a plus.  </li> </ul>   Who you are: <ul> <li>Proficient in modern frontend technologies, capable of writing clean, modular, and maintainable code. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Passionate about performance, always optimizing web applications for speed and efficiency. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>A collaborative team player, eager to work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product owners. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Continuously learning, staying abreast of the latest frontend trends, tools, and best practices. </li> </ul>   You're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
