Role Purpose We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the product marketing lifecycle for Rapsodo Golf — from understanding the golfer and shaping the market opportunity, through positioning and go-to-market strategy, to launch and sustained in-market performance. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Growth & Marketing, Customer Experience, Brand & Creative, Sales, and the Golf business, this role will serve as the voice of the golfer and the connective tissue between what we build and how we bring it to market. You will define who we are building for and why it matters, translate product capabilities into clear customer value, lead go-to-market strategy and launch readiness, and continuously evaluate how our products are performing in market. Just as importantly, you will bring consumer, competitive, and performance insights back into Product to help shape what we build next. Success in this role is not measured by simply delivering a launch. It is measured by whether golfers understand our products, adopt them, engage with them, and continue to see value from them — and whether the broader organization has the clarity and alignment needed to deliver against our commercial goals. Key Responsibilities Consumer & Market Strategy • Own the early-stage read on the market: define who we are building for, the insights that matter to them, and the problems and opportunities our products should address. • Translate golfer research, usage data, customer feedback, and field insights into clear consumer segments and jobs-to-be-done. • Build and maintain a living view of the competitive landscape, category dynamics, customer needs, and where the market is heading. • Bring consumer and market insight upstream into Product to help identify opportunities and inform product priorities. Positioning & Product Strategy • Define clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for Rapsodo Golf products across customer segments. • Translate product capabilities and technical innovation into compelling, easy-to-understand customer value. • Develop the messaging architecture that guides customer-facing communications across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and support touchpoints. • Continuously refine positioning based on market feedback, performance data, and competitive dynamics. • Contribute to the multi-year portfolio marketing strategy and influence the product roadmap based on consumer and market opportunity. Go-To-Market & Launch Leadership • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product and feature launches, from market definition and positioning through launch readiness and post-launch evaluation. • Align Product, Growth & Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Brand & Creative, and Golf business stakeholders around a common launch plan, priorities, dependencies, and measures of success. • Build repeatable launch playbooks that improve speed, clarity, and execution across products and releases. • Ensure readiness across channels, teams, customer touchpoints, and commercial partners before go-live. • Brief Brand & Creative teams and lead product-focused creative reviews to ensure campaign work ladders back to the positioning and product story. • Develop consumer launch narratives and content architecture across owned, earned, and paid channels, partnering with PR, Community, and Influencer teams as appropriate. • Evaluate launch performance and use data and modern tools to test, refine, and improve how products are brought to market. In-Market Performance & Lifecycle • Own the product marketing view of in-market performance, including demand, adoption, engagement, attach, retention, and other agreed commercial measures against plan. • Develop and drive lifecycle strategies that sustain product performance beyond launch, from launch through sustain and end-of-life. • Monitor category, channel, consumer, and competitive shifts and recommend adjustments to messaging, offers, and product marketing priorities. • Report product marketing performance and key learnings to leadership, translating market results into clear actions for the go-to-market plan and product roadmap. Commercial Enablement & Planning • Equip Sales and commercial teams with the product narratives, tools, and materials needed to confidently bring Rapsodo Golf products to market. • Develop sales decks, product narratives, and enablement frameworks, incorporating field feedback to strengthen positioning and improve commercial effectiveness. • Co-lead annual and quarterly product marketing planning, including priorities, launch calendar, dependencies, measurement, and resourcing needs. • Define what success looks like before major initiatives begin and establish the measurement framework used to evaluate performance. • Drive ongoing alignment across Product, Growth & Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Brand & Creative, and the Golf business so teams are operating from a clear and connected plan. • Partner with Customer Experience and Product to ensure onboarding, activation, and customer education reinforce the product positioning and intended value proposition. Role Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or
