POSITION OVERVIEW
The Alani Nu Brand Marketing Coordinator is the engine behind seamless campaign execution — equal parts organizer, collaborator, and brand champion. In this role, you’ll help bring marketing initiatives to life by keeping timelines moving, teams connected, and deliverables flawlessly aligned from kickoff to launch.
You’ll work cross-functionally across the Brand Marketing team and key partners to support high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced, energetic environment where no two days look the same. From managing project workflows and analyzing campaign data to building presentation decks and creating scalable templates, you’ll play a key role in turning strategy into standout brand moments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident balancing both creative and analytical responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Campaign Coordination & Execution
• Own campaign tiering and support the development of phased timelines for all brand initiatives
• Build, maintain, and update campaign workback timelines in Monday.com in real time as details evolve
• Identify dependencies across timelines and proactively flag risks or gaps
• Partner closely with the Brand Activation Manager to ensure clear next steps for executional teams
• Launch campaign workflows using standardized Playbook templates, ensuring all required inputs are in place
• Project Management & Communication
• Proactively follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Ensure all teams have clear deadlines, expectations, and resources for each phase of a campaign
• Provide regular updates on campaign status, risks, and next steps
• Act as a central point of coordination between Brand, Creative, and other internal teams
• Asset & Workflow Coordination
• Partner with Brand Studio Project Managers and executional teams to gather assets, inputs, and approvals
• Support the development and organization of campaign briefs, Playbooks, and supporting documents
• Assist in updating copy documents and materials as needed
• Team Operations & Organization
• Maintain and organize Brand Marketing SharePoint folders and resources
• Update and manage shared templates, trackers, and tools to improve team efficiency
• Help ensure consistency and organization across all brand processes and documentation
• Creative & Brand Support
• Contribute ideas and support early-stage thinking for future campaigns and brand initiatives
• Assist with general brand marketing needs as they arise
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, commercial planning, and innovation management
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing timelines, trackers, or project management tools (Monday.com, Asana or Workfront preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to follow up and drive progress
• Strong written and presentation skills
• Interest in brand marketing, campaigns, and creative execution
• Naturally curious, with an interest in trends, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling
