Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Assessment team, based in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will undertake high-quality statutory assessments of children and families where there are concerns about a child's welfare, safety, development or family circumstances. You will work directly with children, parents, carers and partner agencies to understand family circumstances, identify strengths and risks, and determine the most appropriate support and intervention required. The role requires a confident practitioner who can manage a varied caseload, complete assessments within statutory timescales and make sound professional decisions that promote positive outcomes for children and families.
