Assistant Nurse Manager - Ambulatory Care

The Supervisory Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Primary Care/Patient Aligned Care Team Nurse Manager (NM) in overseeing operations of a nursing unit. This position consist of direct patient care and supervisory responsibilities, fosters team development, compliance with standards of clinical practice, and serves as a liaison between staff and leadership. This role combines clinical proficiency with leadership and considered part of the succession plan for future NM positions.
