Whizz is expanding to Miami , and we're looking for an experienced, bilingual Store Manager to lead the launch and growth of our new location.
This is more than a traditional Store Manager role. You'll have the opportunity to build a new operation from the ground up , develop a large, high-performing team, drive business results, and shape the way Whizz operates in a new market.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to manage people at scale, understands KPIs, and can balance sales, operations, inventory, customer experience, and team performance.
Job Responsibilities
Launch & Business Growth
• Build strong operational foundations and processes that support long-term growth.
• Drive revenue, improve efficiency, strengthen customer retention, and continuously raise store performance.
• Work closely with leadership to turn business objectives into clear store-level actions.
Lead & Develop a Large Team
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop a large, high-performing team of Delivery Drivers and Mechanics .
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, discipline, and high performance.
• Lead teams at scale and ensure clear accountability across the team.
• Set clear goals and KPIs while providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Drive Sales & Customer Experience
• Own store sales performance, including subscription and accessory targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and effectively manage complex escalations.
• Use customer and sales insights to increase sales, retention, and long-term customer value.
Own KPIs & Performance
• Monitor and manage sales, operational, customer, inventory, and team KPIs.
• Use KPI platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance and identify trends.
• Turn data into action plans, improve productivity, and hold the team accountable for results.
Own Operations, Inventory & Assets
• Oversee the complete day-to-day store operation, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
• Coordinate the full bike readiness cycle, from diagnostics and repair prioritization through final QA.
• Take full ownership of inventory management and asset accountability.
• Maintain 100% ERP accuracy , conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and lead loss-prevention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of management experience in retail or another fast-paced operational environment.
• Proven experience managing large teams, ideally 30+ employees.
• Fluent Spanish and C1/C2 English - strong communication in both languages is essential.
• Strong knowledge of KPI-driven management and experience using KPI platforms, dashboards, or performance-tracking tools.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, stock control, audits, asset tracking, and loss prevention.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to turn data into practical decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, inventory, or workforce management systems is a plus.
• E-bike, bicycle, automotive, mechanical, delivery, or logistics experience is a plus - but not required.
