The Medical Support Assistant - MSA assigned to the Ambulatory Surgical Unit/Post Anesthesia Care Unit/ Anesthesia Pre-OP Clinic & they will be responsible for clerical & administrative support. The MSA is a foundational role within the Patient Centered Care Initiative. The MSA will work collaboratively with members of the health care team including physicians, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, nursing assistants, pharmacists, social workers, dieticians, behavioral health staff etc.
