This isn't just a job - it's a once-in-a-career opportunity to transform healthcare. You will support execution of our strategy in the short term while helping build our long-term vision, ensuring alignment across the Armenian team. You will benefit from support, resources, and expertise from the global Alan platform. Your mission You'll own high-impact work across the business - strategy, operations, growth, partnerships, team building. You'll lead the full cycle with accountability for results. • Building the system from scratch - you'll move fast through stakeholder mapping, partnership development, process building, and team scaling. • Working closely with the General Manager as well as an Ops builder to define the right strategy and execute it. • Integrating the Armenia business into our global operations - work cross-functionally with teams across 5 countries to leverage Alan's proven playbook while adapting for Armenia's unique operational dynamics. • Leading through influence and clarity - you'll communicate strategy and trade-offs clearly, keeping stakeholders aligned. You'll write strategy docs, business plans, and updates that help teams make decisions autonomously. You may be a great fit at Alan if you have • 3-5 years of experience building businesses or driving growth in management consulting, investment banking, M&A, or as an operator at a high-growth startup/scaleup, or founder. • Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken). • Based in Yerevan , with a deep understanding of the local market, culture, healthcare landscape, and business environment. • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution : you define strategy and inspire teams while also getting into the details, from running customer meetings to building financial models to negotiating partnerships. • Strong organization, time management and autonomy: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance. • An entrepreneurial mindset: you're comfortable with ambiguity, take ownership beyond your job description, and find creative solutions to hard problems. • Mission-driven: you have the will to challenge the status quo and transform the healthcare industry in Armenia. • (As a plus) Knowledge of French, experience with international teams, or track record in scaling organizations/healthcare/insurance.
