Learn why more than 100,000 organizations, including 90% of the Fortune 500, choose DigiCert to stop today’s threats and prepare for a quantum-safe future at Job summary As a Senior Salesforce Administrator , you will support the Manager, Sales Systems and Lead Salesforce Admins in delivering high‑quality declarative solutions and maintaining operational hygiene across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Cloud. You’ll take on execution‑heavy work (Flows, validation rules, permissions, user support, data quality) so the team can move faster while maintaining high standards. What you will do Core Responsibilities • Triaging and executing T1-T3 Support tickets • Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Experience Cloud • Build record‑triggered Flows and reusable subflows; apply naming/versioning standards • Migrate legacy automation to Flows; implement guardrails (fault paths, error handling, test plans) • Execute smaller enhancements independently; manage data hygiene (duplicate prevention, validation) • Document changes and follow governance standards (UAT scripts, deployment notes) • Coordinate with engineering for Flow vs Apex decisions; raise performance or scalability concerns early What you will have Ideal Profile • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience • Strong declarative automation skills (Flows, validation rules, permission sets) and debugging discipline • Familiarity with CPQ/quoting processes and Service Cloud/Experience Cloud • Clear written communication, attention to detail, and comfort with release‑managed workflows • Jira/Confluence proficiency • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification (Admin I) Nice to have • Revenue Cloud Advanced experience • Revenue Cloud Billing experience • Git fundamentals • Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant Benefits • Generous time off policies • Top shelf benefits • Education, wellness and lifestyle support To protect candidate information and maintain a secure hiring process, all applications must be submitted through our careers portal.
