Job Summary:
As an HRIS Analyst III, this professional will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and analysis of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday. This role involves managing HR data, generating reports, and providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of HR systems. They will lead HRIS-related projects and initiatives for system enhancements and upgrades, and act as subject matter experts across multiple Workday functional areas.
Work Mode: Remote
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 3:30am IST
Location: Mumbai -Remote
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain HRIS applications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the Workday platform.
• Participate in and lead the planning, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules and features, including Workday's semi-annual release cycles.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, and reports to meet evolving business needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system upgrades and customizations.
• Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, providing technical support to HR users.
• Serve as the assigned SME for 3+ functional areas (e.g., Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, learning, peakon and extend).
• Provide guidance and support for more junior team members.
• Stay up to date on major releases and news across assigned functional areas.
• Responsible for QMS procedures listed in QMS Procedure Crosswalk found in QMS Manual as applicable.
What We Are Looking For:
• 8-10 years of experience in HRIS analysis, support, or similar role.
• Proven ability to independently lead Workday functional areas end-to-end — including Recruiting and others — owning configuration, enhancements, and production support. (Mandatory)
• Experience with Workday report writing (advanced, matrix, composite), calculated fields, and EIB data loads (Mandatory)
• Must be available to work core Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours to support stakeholders and operations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS software, with hands-on Workday configuration expertise.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Workday Pro certification(s) in one or more modules.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and audit requirements.
