Job Summary: Creative Chaos is looking for a skilled Video Editor on a contractual basis to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating captivating video content that aligns with our vision and the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Edit and produce vertical short-form videos (under 60 seconds) from podcast clips and fight highlights, and any other future content. • Ensure all videos align with the brand’s voice and style guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality. • Review and revise edits based on feedback from team members. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver content in a timely manner. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience. • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of video production workflows, technical aspects of video editing, and post-production processes. • Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines. • A portfolio showcasing your video editing work, including a variety of styles and formats. • Ability to take direction and feedback constructively. • Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus. • Proven experience in video editing, particularly with short-form content. • Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and storytelling in video projects. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. • Understanding of combat sports, particularly bareknuckle and dirty boxing, is a plus. • Understanding of podcasts and the English language is a must Originally posted on Himalayas
