Why we are here Tony’s Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too. What you’ll do We’re looking for an Office & Events Champion for our Bar Factory. In this role, you’ll bring Tony’s culture to life every single day by creating an inspiring, welcoming and well-organised workplace. From office management and organising events and celebrations to boosting the employee experience and keeping the connection strong between the factory and our Homebase in Amsterdam: you’re the one who keeps everything running smoothly and puts smiles on faces. The role sits in the People & Culture team and reports to the Employee Experience Manager, with a dotted line to the Factory Director. All wrapped up • Run the office: Make sure the workplace runs smoothly every day, is well stocked and ready for action. From mail and parcels, office and factory supplies, coffee and tea to cleaning products and everything needed to make chocolate bars: you’ve got it covered. • Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls: You’re the face of Tony’s at the factory. You coordinate tours and make sure everyone follows the health and safety guidelines. • Keep supplier relationships sweet: Build and manage strong relationships with external partners, including catering, cleaning services, language classes, massage therapists and more. And, of course, you guard Tony’s Secret Stash. • Organise events and celebrations: Bring Tony’s culture to life by organising birthdays, Tonyversaries, Tony4Life moments and little surprises along the way. Plan and coordinate quarterly Team Connects and annual company events that bring people together and strengthen our culture. • Support the Factory Director: Help with administrative and organisational tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, project support and following up on action points. • Bring global initiatives to the factory floor: Make sure Tony’s global rituals, traditions and company communications land clearly and meaningfully with our factory colleagues. Share insights and best practices in the monthly Global Office Team meetings. • Make the workplace better: Support the Operations team with purchasing, keep looking for ways to improve processes and the employee experience, and make the Bar Factory unmistakably Tony’s by making our mission and values visible.
