The Snowbowl dining venue is a high volume, fast paced work environment. We serve a lot of customers per hour and the cashier plays a key role in our department. This is considered a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The hiring rang for the position is $20.00 to $28.09 per hour. Core Responsibilities: • Greets customers and assists them as needed • Process sales in a quick and courteous manner using a POS machine • Constantly stocking shelves, beverage coolers, hot cocoa machines, and making fresh coffee multiple times per day • Refill condiment pumps several times per shift • Maintain an orderly area during shift • Clean work area at end of shift Requirements • Must be physically able to lift 10-15 lbs many times per shift • Must be able to push and pull up to 25 lbs • Requires overhead reaching and bending frequently • Must be able to stand for long periods of time • Prior cashier training or experience is helpful, but not necessary • DLC certification is required upon hiring Must be able to travel to the Snowbowl Benefits As an employee of Middlebury College, you will enjoy being part of a vibrant supportive community.
