Summary:
The talent acquisition manager is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition life cycle by providing administrative support and collaboration with the talent team, hiring managers, candidates, and other teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, contributing to the overall success of the organization’s talent acquisition efforts. This position is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis, organizing candidate data, generating reports to increase recruiting functionality, and improving the talent acquisition life cycle. The talent acquisition coordinator will represent the company at industry networking and recruiting events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the talent acquisition life cycle in a consultative manner, ensuring an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience, including:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
• Craft and update job descriptions.
• Own the hiring process, including:
• Utilize various proactive recruiting strategies to search, identify, and source suitable candidates.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system (ATS), then filter and screen candidates.
• Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Assist in reviewing and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout recruitment, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Scheduling interviews, coordinating, gathering, and providing feedback to prepare for the start date.
• Preparing job offer letters.
• Work with stakeholders to develop the onboarding plan and intermediary throughout integration.
• Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary onboarding tasks are completed, and new hires have a smooth transition.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Represent the company at industry networking and recruiting events and set the expectations for industry, conference, and campus networking.
• Establish self as an internal system super-user; work with high volumes of data and maintain data quality and talent pipelines.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities to increase functionality and improve efficiency.
• Solve problems and produce solutions by offering suggestions, innovative ideas, or alternatives to improve or modify work processes; respond to urgent needs for information and analyses within expected periods.
• Communicate, providing regular status updates with business leaders, the HR team, candidates, and hiring managers.
• Adhere to the highest degree of integrity and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.
