What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months • Own and evolve Neko's physical design standards across EMEA — ensuring consistency and excellence across all clinic and space touchpoints • Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts, raising the bar for spatial experience across the organisation • Translate Neko's brand and experience principles into clear, compelling physical environments — from test fits and layouts through to final delivery • Partner with Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive, high-impact spaces on time and to specificatio • Build and contribute to Neko's Location Design Playbook, creating scalable standards that support rapid international expansion Minimum Requirements • 8+ years of experience in architecture, design management, or a related role within the construction industry. • Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail. • Demonstrated experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants across complex projects. • Broad knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards across European markets. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in design software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
