This is a remote position. Assessment Platform Administrator & Enablement Specialist (Part-Time) Remote | Philippines | Part-Time (20–30 hrs/wk), negotiable 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT (Overlap with US Pacific Time) Long-Term Remote Role If you’re a high-performing systems or product professional who thrives on end-to-end platform ownership, AI-enhanced workflows, and working with a leading US-based commercial real estate ESG and sustainability firm that values strategic discipline over simple ticket management — keep reading. This isn’t a role for a "ticket dispatcher" waiting for assigned tasks. This is a focused, outcome-driven position where you’ll act as the single accountable product owner, lead internal enablement, and use cutting-edge AI tools to 10x your operational impact. Why This Is a Dream Job You’ll be working directly with a prestigious USA-based Sustainability & ESG Consulting player who: • Champions Innovation:Operates a future-of-work, global-impact team that prioritizes AI-adaptive operators. • Values Your Growth:Provides access to elite peers, upskilling, and a dedicated Success Manager (CSM) for professional coaching. • Respects Your Expertise:Focuses on consolidated platform ownership and strategic clarity rather than micromanaged task lists. • Builds Stability:Has a long history of working with Filipino professionals and is looking for a long-term team extension. You’ll get career transformation, high-level visibility, and the freedom to lead platform strategy — without being stuck in a generic "IT helpdesk" rut. What You’ll Be Owning This is a core product ownership and project management role covering platform governance, stakeholder enablement, and workflow optimization. You aren't just administering configurations; you are consolidating system ownership—mastering platform logic, scoring, workflows, and permissions to power high-stakes assessment operations. You’ll take the lead on: • Strategic Platform Ownership:Serving as the dedicated product owner for Brilliant Assessments, replacing fragmented shared ownership with single-point accountability. • Dynamic Internal Support:Comfortably managing the request queue for internal client-facing teams while translating complex technical concepts into simple, reassuring guidance. • Platform & Data Guardianship:Maintaining 100% governance over permissions, templates, vendor relationships, and configuration integrity. • AI Workflow Integration:Implementing AI-enhanced documentation, knowledge base resources, and support tools to accelerate delivery and enable self-service. • Digital Knowledge Architecture:Auditing, consolidating, and structuring the company’s internal training, process docs, and enablement resources. • End-to-End Project Execution:Overseeing platform enhancements from triage to completion, ensuring continuous process improvements are delivered regularly. Requirements This Role Is a Great Fit If You: • Are a System Architect:You have a great ability to understand complex survey/assessment platform logic, configuration, and permissions workflows (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms, or similar). • Are a Product & Systems Hybrid:You are equally comfortable managing project timelines and priorities as you are executing hands-on platform triage and configuration. • Are an AI-Adaptive Operator:You actively use AI tools to improve documentation output, streamline support workflows, and reduce turnaround times. • Have 2–3 years of experiencein product ownership, business systems analysis, or platform administration within a modern operations environment. • Are High-Accountability:You don't need to be chased for updates. You are reliable, meet deadlines, and take full, sole ownership of your platform. • Communicate with elite fluencyand professional confidence, translating technical issues into clear, reassuring language for stakeholders. What Success Looks Like After 60–90 Days: • The Platform is Fortified:You have completed structured knowledge transfer, taken sole ownership of ticketing and governance, and established 100% platform stability. • Enablement is Seamless:You are effortlessly balancing daily support requests with internal training, vendor management, and documentation consolidation. • Impact is Measured:Your enablement assets and optimized support workflows show a measurable lift in internal team efficiency and ticket resolution speeds. • Trust is Earned:The client relies on your accountability and self-sufficiency to drive the platform direction autonomously without close supervision. Final Word If you’ve ever thought: "I am a world-class platform specialist who can do it all—product ownership, documentation, and enablement—I just want a client who is organized and values my technical depth," this is that role. Let’s build long-term success — together. Originally posted on Himalayas
