Job Summary:
This position is accountable for maintaining Online Design studio (Envision), maintain option specifications and reporting option trends.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains Online Design Studio (Envision) which includes:
· Link pictures and specifications to options.
· Create pictures as needed for options.
· Review option descriptions for clarity and accuracy.
Maintain option specifications, which includes:
· Review specifications of options.
· Provide option specifications to purchasing for bid.
· Present options to sales team of new or updated options.
Reporting option trends, which includes:
· Review selection frequency of options.
· Present quarterly report of options that have been selected.
· Recommend options that should be culled due to infrequency of selection.
Custom Option Requests:
· Serve as point of contact for custom option requests.
· Assist in the costing of custom options.
Buyer Redline Coordination:
· Meet with large lot buyers to coordinate option selection.
· Redline plans with buyer selections.
Backup purchasing team members.
Additional tasks as directed by the VP of Purchasing.
Educational and experiential:
Bachelor degree with basic academic and practical skills gained through school curriculum combined with at least one year of related work experience and/or training; general knowledge of data analysis administrative skills and office functions
Skills and abilities:
General office and administrative skills to assist in the processing of departmental workflow. Customer-service oriented with professional and courteous attitude. Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of organization; ability to follow oral and written instructions. Good working knowledge of word processing, estimating and spreadsheet software packages.
Work Conditions:
Office environment with occasional travel to job sites
