The UNDP Ghana Country Office is seeking an ICT Assistant Intern to join the ICT Unit in Accra. The successful candidate will provide essential first-level service desk support to staff, troubleshoot hardware and Microsoft 365 software issues, and assist in maintaining accurate ICT asset and inventory records. Additionally, the intern will support meeting room readiness, network health checks, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Computer Science or Information Technology to gain hands-on operational experience supporting digital delivery and end-user services in a dynamic UN environment.
