Our client based in Telford is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Adult Safeguarding Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished practitioner to work with adults and their carers, delivering strengths-based, asset-focused, and person-centred social work interventions that promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload, undertaking safeguarding enquiries, Care Act Assessments, support planning, reviews, and Court of Protection work where required. You will actively participate in weekly peer review meetings, contributing professional expertise and recommendations within an Asset-Based and Community-Led Support framework. The role requires strong professional judgement, effective risk management, and the ability to develop creative support solutions that utilise community resources and maximise individual strengths.
