• Processes Corrections as needed. • Runs Continuation Searches. • Provides Tax Continuations to closers at closing. • Researches and verifies that deeds, mortgages and assignments were recorded. Issues endorsements for same. • Handles a Variety of other tasks necessary to prepare for closings. • Responsible for Preparation of Duplicate Original Policies and Pro-Forma Policies to be sent to clients. • Handles Heavy Volume of Phone calls. • General admin duties. • Problem Solving/Analysis. • Communication Skills. • The ability to handle a Fast Paced Environment. • Thoroughness. • Multitasking.
