Responsibilities • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of all service restaurants within the hotel • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service • Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations • Oversee staffing requirements, including training and performance management • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner • 2+ years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
