Job Summary: The Head of Cybersecurity Services, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will lead and develop Algosystems’ Cybersecurity Services, ensuring secure, high-quality, and reliable delivery to enterprise customers while building scalable and profitable Managed Security Services. What You Will Do: The role combines technology leadership, service management, customer engagement, and people development. Job Responsibilities • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Cybersecurity Services, ensuring service quality, SLA performance and customer satisfaction. • Develop and evolve the Cybersecurity Managed Services portfolio, introducing new services based on customer needs, market trends and emerging technologies. • Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, effective governance and measurable service performance. • Act as a senior technology and service partner for customers, collaborating with Sales and Presales on major opportunities, proposals and solution development. • Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships, supporting technology capabilities and business growth. • Own the domain’s performance, including capacity, utilization, cost efficiency, budgeting, growth and profitability. • Build, coach and develop high-performing teams through structured skills development, certifications, career paths and succession planning. • Collaborate across technology, delivery and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions and services and identify opportunities for business growth. Qualifications and Work Experience • 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, including experience in technical leadership and people management. • Broad understanding of Preventive, Defensive and Offensive Security Services, including areas such as SOC/MDR, Incident Response & Forensics, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing & Red Teaming, Security Engineering, Security Solutions, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) services. • Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity technologies and modern security architectures across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments. • Experience in Managed Security Services and supporting large and complex enterprise customers. • Demonstrated experience in coaching, training and developing technical professionals. • Strong customer orientation combined with commercial and financial awareness. • Experience in developing and launching new cybersecurity services or capabilities will be considered a strong advantage. • University degree in a relevant technology discipline; professional certifications are desirable. • Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
