About Us
STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments.
We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems, not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe today.
Your mission
STARK is hiring a Midweight/Senior Video Editor to join our in-house film team as a key creative partner. Working shoulder to shoulder with our Visual Content Manager and Head of Design & Brand, you will lead post-production across every story we tell—cinematic mini-docs, product reveals, recaps of live field tests, and clear technical spec breakdowns.
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong editorial voice to the table. You’ll take full ownership of the post-production pipeline, turning everything from live field ops and product reveals to high-level brand and mission stories into clear, compelling video.
Responsibilities
• Own the edit from ingest to final delivery for high-end campaigns, technical deep-dives, and social assets.
• Build and maintain clean media management practices—ensuring raw footage from field tests, shoots, and demos is properly logged, organized, and backed up.
• Craft compelling stories that communicate the nuances of complex hardware and autonomous systems.
• Lead the edit on documentary-style projects that highlight field testing, tech development, and real-world operations.
• Handle professional color grading and immersive sound design to give every project a refined finish.
Qualifications
• Strong portfolio with a mix of documentary and product work
