About The Role The Violations Processor will join our Violations Processing team to handle inbound violation notices sent in by customers. Reporting to the Violations Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, payment processing of inbound electronic and mailed-in violations, as well as conducting research and analysis to identify potential patterns and resolve conflicts. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work is essential to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will work with our team and independently to do the best for our customers. This is a Phoenix-based hybrid position that requires a physical presence in our downtown office and will work a combination of the week remotely. Compensation: $20.67 per hour. Key Responsibilities • Manual or system-assisted data entry of violation transaction information • Perform research and analysis using agency websites and customer communication follow-ups. • Involvement with performing various processes and procedures as related to violation and toll information reporting. • Actively communicate with customers and possibly agency representatives to manage expectations and resolve conflicts. • Other tasks as assigned by the team leadership. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • High level understanding of basic computer programs and processes is desired. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry. • Ability to type 50 words per minute. • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect, document, and correct quality issues. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Passion for providing exceptional customer service. • Organized and detail oriented with ability to prioritize work is a must.
