WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Own a portfolio of existing B2B partner accounts end-to-end where you're the main point of contact once a deal is signed.
• Track partner performance against targets (premium volume, activation, retention) and flag issues before they become problems.
• Run regular check-ins and business reviews with partners, in Mandarin where needed, to keep the relationship warm and the numbers visible.
• Coordinate internally with product, underwriting, and operations to resolve partner issues, launch new offerings, or fix what's broken.
• Spot upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and work with the Partnership Lead to pursue them.
• Keep partner data, contracts, and reporting organized and up to date to keep the portfolio healthy.
• Prepare partner-facing materials (performance decks, proposals, reports)
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client-facing relationship roles in B2B space, ideally. Insurance or financial services experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) and working proficiency in English where you'll need to run real business conversations in both.
• Comfortable owning a number: you can read a performance dashboard, know what's off, and know what to do about it.
• Strong relationship instincts where you can tell the difference between a partner who needs hand-holding and one who needs to be left alone.
• Organized enough to manage multiple partner accounts at once without letting any of them go quiet.
• Clear, professional communicator , both internally and with partners to manage cross-functional coordination without needing everything spelled out.
• Experience working with partners or clients based in Greater China and SEA.
• Open for light travel if needed.
