KeystoneCare is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive – Palliative & Hospice Services to play a key role in expanding access to compassionate, high‑quality care throughout our community. This role is ideal for a relationship‑driven healthcare sales professional who understands the importance of timely referrals, trusted provider partnerships, and patient‑centered care. As a Healthcare Account Executive, you will serve as a strategic liaison between KeystoneCare and hospitals, physician practices, long‑term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations. Your efforts will directly support our mission to ensure patients and families receive appropriate palliative and hospice services during critical stages of care. Join a mission‑focused organization where your success is measured not only by growth, but by meaningful impact. 🎥 See what it’s like to work at KeystoneCare: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyEH9buz_Vc KeystoneCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer Primary Job Responsibilities • Promotes KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expand business reach through networking techniques. • Meets and exceeds territory growth targets. • Ability to travel independently in the community to attend meetings with referral sources and the public. • Demonstrates ability to develop basic clinical knowledge to support and present KeystoneCare’s marketing activities and services. • Manages existing accounts to ensure continued and deepening partnership. • Coordinates post-acute discharge for homecare and hospice with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians to provide a seamless transition to home or SNF. • Regularly provides update to management team on prior period activities and upcoming marketing plan. • Ability to communicate at all levels with the healthcare community. • Develops and participates in Community education and outreach events. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives. • Prior Healthcare industry experience required; Including Hospice/Home Health • College Degree from an accredited college and 2 plus years’ experience and/or equivalent training • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Preferable work experience includes clinical work, customer service, or other sales experience • Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals • Well organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities • Reliable vehicle • Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing
