Join us.</div>About the Team:  The Facilities team ensures that every operation across the site is “go” at all times, supporting everything from power and utilities to highly specialized machines like industrial 3D printers. Our 1 million square foot headquarters is complex: one structure, but functionally 20 mini factories under one roof. That complexity brings unmatched opportunities to grow your skills through cross-training and ownership of specialized systems. With rapid expansion and development of the facility, we’re helping build a truly state-of-the-art work environment. This team is deeply embedded in both planning and execution, brought in early to shape the physical assets that will support scaled operations. This is a weekend-shift position with a standard schedule of Friday through Monday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT, including 8 guaranteed overtime hours each week. In addition to base pay, employees receive a 10% shift premium. About the Role: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with heavy equipment (forklift, reach-lift, man-lift, etc.) </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing systems. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain general consumable stock items. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Organize and maintain equipment. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain general site surroundings and facilities. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Site maintenance.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Moves materials through use of equipment moving machinery such as hand trucks, forklifts, and golf carts. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provides recommendations for facilities improvements. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.</li> </ul> About You: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">High school diploma or equivalent </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5 years of work experience at the journeyman level or higher </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Reliable transportation and the ability to complete assigned shifts. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to lift and manipulate 50 pounds. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work from heights and on ladders as well as squatting, stooping and/or kneeling with a tool belt. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Periodic or frequent work in extreme outdoor environments: heat, cold, wind, rain </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Valid California state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Willingness and ability to pass in-house Forklift certification, required</li> </ul> Nice to haves but not required:   <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5-10years experience preferred. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prior experience in maintenance, construction, and/or repair </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience as a mechanic, carpenter </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with inventory receiving and tracking.</li> </ul>  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">At Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
