<p data-renderer-start-pos="104"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Position Description</strong><br>Oklo is transforming the future of energy, and we’re looking for a Systems Engineer with 3-5 years of dedicated experience in requirements management within regulated industries. In this role, you will support the requirements management process across complex, multidisciplinary engineering efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring requirements are well-structured, traceable, verifiable, and integrated into our product lifecycle. Your work will support the design and deployment of Oklo's products and services.</p>

<p data-renderer-start-pos="696">Lead the configuration and use of Flow Engineering for the development and management of requirements across engineering teams</p>

<p data-renderer-start-pos="967">Develop and maintain requirement hierarchies, traceability matrices, and verification plans</p>

<p data-renderer-start-pos="1062">Drive consistency and quality of requirements across technical disciplines, helping ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards</p>

<p data-renderer-start-pos="1204">Train and support team members in the use of Flow and best practices in systems thinking, requirements development and traceability throughout the design lifecycle</p>

<p data-renderer-start-pos="2029">Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work across diverse technical teams</p>

<p><strong>About Oklo travel requirements:</strong></p>
<p>Oklo requires remote employees to travel to headquarters (Santa Clara, CA) twice a quarter annually, based on business or team needs, including attendance at team meetings, off-sites, and other company events or gatherings. For the first two weeks of onboarding, employees are required to be in person at headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.</p>

<p data-renderer-start-pos="4234">Salary: $90,000 - $130,000</p>
<p data-renderer-start-pos="4262">Salary may fall outside of the range provided and will be dependent on applicant experience.</p>
