About the Position: Serves as Energy Manager for IMCOM, DPW, Engineering Division, Army Energy Program at APG, MD. Developmental and preparatory position with assignments and training directed towards advancement to the full performance level. Position may be filled at the GS-12 or GS-13 grade level.
