Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker - Adults MASH Team at Wiltshire.
Our client is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their safeguarding team. Acting as the first point of contact for adult safeguarding concerns, the MASH works closely with partner agencies to ensure concerns are reviewed promptly, risks are managed effectively, and positive outcomes are achieved for vulnerable adults.
What will your responsibilities be?
Managing adult safeguarding concerns and risk assessments.
Working collaboratively with partner agencies to share information and coordinate responses.
Developing safeguarding plans tailored to individual outcomes.
Delivering safeguarding interventions in line with the Care Act principles of empowerment, prevention and proportionality.
Providing practice support and guidance where appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
Experience within Adult Social Care and safeguarding.
Strong knowledge of the Care Act and adult safeguarding legislation.
