Fleet management Policy and implementation. Resolve day-to-day fleet management queries. Manage workshop activities. Weekly and Monthly reporting. Liaise with contract manager and supervisors/foremen to ensure smooth operations. Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure healthy maintenance of the fleet. Ensure that all machines and vehicles are fully maintained and operational.
