About the Role
We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable , data encoding, credit collection, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with US-based clients and Eastern Time hours.
Responsibilities
• Process and encode Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, credit memos, and related accounting records.
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with credit and collection activities.
• Perform bank, payment, AP/AR, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records.
• Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account variances.
• Maintain proper supporting documentation for accounting transactions.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) .
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with credit and collections.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data encoding.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with NetSuite is preferred.
• Comfortable working US Eastern Time / night shift.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
