We’re looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring our project teams are fully prepared, equipped and ready to work when they arrive on site. This is a hands-on, highly varied role that combines travel, project coordination, logistics, facilities, IT and employee support . You’ll work closely with site teams, HR, IT, Procurement, Marketing and our Travel & Mobilisation team to make sure everything is in place before, during and after project mobilisation. What you’ll be doing • Travel to new project locations ahead of mobilisation to assess accommodation, site access, offices, welfare facilities, parking, transport links and local amenities. • Inspect proposed accommodation and provide clear reports, photographs and recommendations. • Prepare location and mobilisation information packs for employees travelling to site. • Coordinate pre-departure briefings and act as a key point of contact for employees before they travel. • Liaise with HR, IT, Compliance, Procurement and project teams to ensure all mobilisation requirements are completed. • Coordinate the setup of project offices, including furniture, utilities, cleaning, storage, welfare facilities and equipment. • Work with IT to ensure laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, connectivity and other equipment are ready before teams arrive. • Check Wi-Fi and internet connectivity and help resolve practical issues with IT. • Coordinate Crown branding, signage and marketing materials across project locations. • Carry out readiness inspections, facilities audits and regular site visits throughout projects. • Maintain action trackers, follow up outstanding issues and ensure actions are completed on time. • Support employees and site teams with practical issues throughout the project. • Coordinate demobilisation, including the return of equipment, furniture and branding materials. • Work with IT, Procurement and Travel to coordinate equipment recovery, accommodation releases, service cancellations and property handovers. • Prepare close-out reports and identify opportunities to improve future mobilisations. What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is practical, organised and proactive , with a strong ability to take ownership and make things happen. You’ll ideally have: • Experience in project mobilisation, site setup, facilities, logistics or operational coordination. • A full clean driving licence and the flexibility to travel extensively across Ireland, the UK and Europe. • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and confidence working with hardware, peripherals and basic connectivity troubleshooting. • The ability to work independently and build strong relationships with site teams, employees, suppliers and internal departments. • Experience working within construction or international project environments is an advantage. Desirable • Experience supporting construction projects or teams working across international locations. • A third-level qualification in logistics, facilities management, business, IT, construction management or a related discipline. • Additional languages, particularly German, Swedish or Finnish , would be an advantage.
