The Senior Executive – Operations will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational execution of ocean import shipments, from pre-arrival and documentation through customs clearance, cargo release, delivery, and shipment closure. The role will coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, customs brokers, CFS/ICDs, transporters, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant shipment execution. The role will also monitor shipment milestones, manage operational exceptions, ensure timely system updates, and proactively resolve issues impacting cargo clearance and delivery.
