Whether you prefer to keep your caseload general or specialize in areas like orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular, or concussion care, we make it possible About the Role As Clinic Director, you will serve as both a  hands-on clinician  and a  strategic leader , responsible for clinical excellence, team development, and community engagement. You’ll play a key role in establishing H2 Health’s presence in the Roanoke market by developing strong referral relationships, fostering partnerships, and creating a clinic culture patients and clinicians love. This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who thrives in autonomy, enjoys networking, and brings a true  owner-operator mentality  to their work. • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program • Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure • CPR certification, if applicable • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills • Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred • Prior formal leadership experience is welcome but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, initiative, and leadership potential • Commitment to patient-centered care and team development
