Pay: $30.00 per hour Position: Independent Contractor (1099) Program: Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS) Are you passionate about helping adults living with mental health challenges build the skills they need to live more independently? Estelle’s Professional Community Services (EPCS) is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated  Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)  to join our Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS) team. This is a community-based role where you'll work directly with individuals to strengthen everyday skills, increase stability, work toward personal goals, and build greater independence. What You'll Do As a QMHP with EPCS, you'll provide goal-directed Mental Health Skill-Building Services based on each individual's needs and Individualized Service Plan (ISP). You'll: • Provide face-to-face, community-based mental health skill-building services • Help individuals develop skills that support stability, daily functioning, and independence • Provide goal-directed training and interventions identified in the individual's ISP • Support individuals in working toward their personal goals • Monitor progress and adjust your approach based on individual needs • Maintain accurate and timely client records • Complete required intake and service documentation • Ensure required signatures and documentation are obtained • Follow EPCS policies and applicable DMAS and DBHDS requirements • Manage assigned responsibilities independently and professionally To be considered, candidates must meet the requirements for a  Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) , including: • A minimum of a  bachelor's degree • Appropriate  registration with the Board • A combination of work, training, or experience providing collaborative behavioral health services to youth or adults • Ability to maintain required professional qualifications and documentation What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: • Compassionate and person-centered • Dependable, organized, and accountable • Comfortable working independently • A strong communicator and relationship builder • Comfortable providing services in community-based settings • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and documentation deadlines • Confident using technology and electronic documentation systems • Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and quality service • Passionate about helping individuals achieve greater stability and independence
