UNCDF is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the development of a blended finance portfolio in Samoa. As a start, the position will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and deploying concessional capital to MSMEs and financial institutions that demonstrate viable business models and measurable positive impact under the blue and green thematic sectors. The incumbent will be covering all the ongoing initiatives in Samoa including the EU-funded Sustainable Pacific Blue Circle Fund (SPBCF) project, among others.
