DP World is currently seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join our supportive and talented team in Fremantle. In this role you will play a key role in collating, evaluating, and delivering efficient workforce planning solutions by managing daily rostering and leave planning, while working closely with the national planning team and operational management to forecast requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. The role also supports the management of the vehicle booking system and facilitation of cargo transport arrangements. The successful candidate is confident learning new systems and has strong organisational skills, a clear communication style and excellent attention to detail. This is a fulltime position, with 38 working hours per week on a job share basis between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
