Job Description:
Our Sanitation Specialists are a vital role here at KCG. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility by completing various tasks according to DCC and KCG standards. This can include maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, hallways, lobby, and office areas. Sanitation Specialists will also handle any cleaning projects for the facility outside of daily maintenance.
The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
● Cleaning consists of dusting and sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, trash collection, sweeping and mopping, vacuuming, and inventory management
● Document daily and weekly tasks through provided checklists
● Carry out daily cleaning tasks independently
● Notify management of any emergency situations or repairs needed in the facility
● Stock and maintain supplies in the facility
● Work as a team to accomplish weekly goals/special deep cleaning projects
● Follow all health and safety regulations
● Proven working experience as a Janitor
● Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
● Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
● Ability to work with a team
● Ability to work independently
● Punctuality
● High school degree
Division of Cannabis Control Requirements:
• Must be 21+
• No felonies
