Responsibilities • Oversee daily school operations to ensure effective administration and adherence to policies. • Collaborate with faculty and staff to support curriculum development and implementation. • Manage student enrollment processes and maintain accurate student records. • Facilitate communication between parents, teachers, and school leadership to promote transparency. • Coordinate professional development opportunities for staff and faculty members. • Develop and monitor the school budget in collaboration with the finance department. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations and accreditation standards. • Lead initiatives to enhance student services and extracurricular programs. • Support principal and senior leadership in strategic planning and school improvement efforts. • Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of K-12 educational policies, regulations, and accreditation processes. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staff effectively. • Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive school culture. • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders including faculty, parents, and community members. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
