As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate RN Clinical Supervisor to lead, support, and elevate our Skilled Nursing team in the Aurora area. Compensation • Salary: Approximately $97,000+ (based on experience) • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 What You’ll Do As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll guide your team, manage clinical operations, and serve as a trusted resource for both staff and patients. • Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians • Collaborate closely with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes • Balance administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support, including occasional patient visits • Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy) • Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset • Active RN license • Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required) • Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role prereferred • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude • A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care
